ICF Appoints DHS’ Jeffrey Neal to Manage Company Performance, Human Capital

ICF International (NYSE: ICFI) has appointed Jeffrey Neal as a senior vice president to manage company performance and support its human capital.

The company said Neal’s leadership and expertise will improve the performance of ICF clients and deliver innovation in governance, strategy, performance improvement and human resources.

Neal most recently served as the chief human capital officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he developed, executed and oversaw all HR programs for the department’s 234, 000 employees.

He has previously served as chief human resources officer for the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency and deputy chief human resources officer for the Commerce Department.

“Having extensive executive and leadership experience across defense and civilian agencies makes Jeff a perfect addition to ICF’s team, ” said Ellen Glover, executive vice president for ICF International. “In this time of fiscal responsibility and austerity, Jeff will assist our clients in improving their performance and effectiveness, showing the value of what they do to legislators, constituents and decision makers.”
