The General Services Administration has awarded 21 companies positions on the $5 billion Connections II telecommunications and network support contract.
The GSA calls the award a “one-stop shop for buying telecommunications, network and communications solutions”, which will support existing infrastructure and customized agency needs.
The companies will compete for task orders under contract, which has a base of three years and three months with six one-year options.
Awardees include:

- Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR)
- GDIT (NYSE: GD)
- Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS)
- Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ)
- SAIC Inc. (NYSE: SAI)
- Verizon Business (NYSE: VZ)
