AMERICAN SYSTEMS to Provide Defense IT, Cloud Infrastructure; Bill Hoover Comments

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency has awarded AMERICAN SYSTEMS an $18.3 million task order on the ENCORE II multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The company will provide a a fully-managed information technology infrastructure hosting that uses cloud technology to support agency enterprise solutions.

The company will further support those solutions by overseeing the installation, maintenance and information assurance of all hardware, software and network equipment.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS will also establish a disaster recovery site that provides support for application installation and restoration, among other services
