ATK Wins $30M to Supply Afghan Security Forces with Non-Standard Ammunition

ATK (NYSE: ATK) has won a $30 million order to supply non-standard ammunition to Afghan security forces.

The company will provide the ammunition through the U.S. Army‘s product director for non-standard ammunition at Picatinny Arsenal, N.J.

“ATK is focused on international expansion and continuing our outstanding performance on supply chain management, ” said Mark Hissong, ATK’s vice president and general manager of small caliber systems. “We are a leader in the non-standard ammunition marketplace and this latest award supports our core strategic priorities.”
