Lockheed Wins $50M to Integrate Target Sight Systems in Cobra Attack Helicopter

The U.S. Navy has awarded Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) missiles and fire control business a $49, 950, 000 firm-fixed-price contract for 18 target sight systems to be integrated into the AH-1Z Cobra attack helicopter.

Work is expected to be completed by August 2014.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity.
