Lockheed and Raytheon Win $475M Air Force Laser-Guided Bomb Contract

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT) and Raytheon‘s (NYSE: RTN) missile systems business a $475 million firm-fixed-price contract for laser-guided bomb seekers and tail kits.

The companies will provide Paveway II computer control groups and GBU-12 air foil groups.

The Ogden Air Logistics Center/GHGKA, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.
