Boeing Wins $75M Navy Contract for Remanufactured Aircraft and Crew Trainer

The U.S. Army has awarded Boeing Company, Defense, Space & Security (NYSE: BA), Mesa, Ariz., a $75, 204, 865 firm-fixed-price contract. The award modifies an existing contract.

Boeing will provide the Army National Guard with 23 remanufactured aircraft,  spares and one longbow crew trainer.

Work will be performed in Mesa, Ariz., with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2013. One bid was solicited, with one bid received.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.
