QinetiQ Selected for Treasury IDIQ

QinetiQ will be a prime contractor on the TIPSS-4 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity suite of contracts, which serves as the primary procurement vehicle for technology-related services within the Internal Revenue Service and other Treasury department bureaus.

The multiple award TIPSS-4 has one base year and nine one-year options.

Thirty-three companies will act as prime contractors and provide support for local microcomputer applications, large-scale integrated legacy systems, newly developed systems, security services and program management.

“Being selected for this award from among some of the industry’s largest and most competitive firms is a true indication of our advanced technology-based capabilities and the quality of service our government partners are confident we can provide, ” said Jill Thompson, executive vice president of QinetiQ North America. “We are up for the challenge and are excited to be supporting the IRS.”
