Lockheed Wins $39M Army Patriot Missile Contract

The U.S. Army has awarded Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT), Grand Prairie, Texas, a $38, 640, 344 firm-fixed-price with a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract-line-item-number contract.

The award is for the fiscal 2011 U.S. Patriot advanced capability production requirement. Lockheed will provide five Patriot advanced capability-3 four-pack missiles.

The work has an estimated completion date of July 30, 2014.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Aviation and Missile Command Contracting Center, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity.
