ITT Corp. Wins $9.5M Army Contract for Chemical Smoke Research and Development

The U.S. Army has awarded ITT Corp. (NYSE: ITT), Alexandria, Va., a $9, 548, 273 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to model, simulate and analyze chemical biological smoke and obscurants.

The bid was solicited through a broad agency announcement with one bid received.

Work will be performed in Alexandria, Va., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 8, 2015. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity.
