Judy Lewent to Depart Dell Board of Directors

Dell board of directors member Judy Lewent has decided not seek re-election.

Lewent plans to devote more time to other business responsibilities.

Her current term ends in July.

Lewent has served on the Dell board since 2001 and was chair of the firm’s finance committee and also served on the audit committee.

“Judy has been a valuable member of the board for 10 years and we are grateful for the guidance she has given us during her long tenure, ” CEO Michael Dell said. “We wish her continued success in her many business and non-profit activities.”
