Serco Pulls In Pair of Army ID/IQs Worth Over $1.5 Billion; Exec. Bo Durickovic Comments

Serco claimed a pair of ID/IQ contracts from the Army to support HR solutions.

The Recruiting & Retention (R&R) Support Services contract and Personnel Services Support of Human Resources Services (PSS) contract carry values of $274 million over five years and $1.3 billion over one base year and four option years, respectively.

According to the firm, “under the R&R contract, Serco will have the opportunity to compete for work with a focus on business management services, program analysis, information technology, counseling, and processing and training.  Serco will support in the area of information technology as it relates to the program, outreach and training for the Army. For the PSS contract, Serco will compete for tasks to provide transition support and processing, counseling, wounded warrior programs, and family community programs.”
