Sterling Phillips
The board of directors at GTSI Corp. (NASDAQ: GTSI) has named Sterling E. Phillips, Jr. president and CEO.
An industry veteran, Phillips served as CEO of Analex Corp. for six years until the firm was acquired by QinetiQ NA.
