“M.C. Dean is being awarded a $21,093,408 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, fixed-price, performance-based contract for electronic security system and surveillance technology services necessary to accredit information facility spaces for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to an estimated $48,687,062. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C., and is expected to be completed by December 2011. If all options are exercised, work could continue until December 2013. (0.3 percent); Middletown, Iowa (0.1 percent); Rochester, N.Y. (1.6 percent); Simsbury, Conn. (9.3 percent); Warrendale, Pa. (0.3 percent); Burlington, Vt. (22.2 percent); Stone County, Miss.
