Boeing Puts Final Touches on CDM Technologies Purchase

Boeing (NYSE: BA) has finalized its acquisition of software-engineering firm CDM Technologies.

The California-based operation specializes in “real-time transportation and logistics planning systems for the U.S. military.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to Boeing, the move supports “growth strategy for logistics command and control.”

The firm will be folded into Boeing’s Tapestry Solutions.
