ManTech Names Judith Bjornaas Deputy CFO Reporting to Kevin Phillips

ManTech (NASDAQ:MANT) named Judith L. Bjornaas senior vice president of financial planning and analysis and deputy, reporting to CFO Kevin M. Phillips.

According to the firm, “Bjornaas will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting financial performance and overseeing the company’s treasury requirements.”

Bjornaas previously served as chief financial officer and treasurer at NCI Inc.

“Judy is a recognized financial leader in our industry, ” CEO George J. Pedersen said. “We are fortunate to have someone of her caliber and experience in this key role. Her mission will be to support Kevin in his role as chief financial officer and executive vice president as the corporation continues its significant growth. Our positioning on priority programs and our strong balance sheet will enable us to continue our robust organic and acquisitive growth.”

Michael Hartenstein, a 22-year veteran of the U.S. Secret Service, has joined LexisNexis Risk Solutions as director of federal public safety business development. Hartenstein will oversee the development of strategic customer plans and support the creation of service offerings for public safety and law enforcement agencies, LexisNexis Risk Solutions said Thursday.
