Ideal Innovations, Inc. (I-3) named R.J. Kolton to the new position of senior VP, strategy and corporate development.
Kolton will oversee planning and implementing corporate growth strategies for Arlington, Va.-based firm. The former L-3 Communications Service Group business developer will also look for new market segments for expansion and help with the development of new products and services.
