CACI Moves to Buy Geospatial Imagery Firm TechniGraphics; CEO Paul Cofoni Comments

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has a deal in place to acquire TechniGraphics, Inc., a provider of imagery and geospatial services, including digital maps, to the U.S. Intelligence Community. \

The agreement boosts CACI’s place in the mission-critical intelligence space.

TechniGraphics boasts a 450-person staff headquartered in Wooster, Ohio, with additional locations in Fort Collins, Colo., and Madrid, Spain. The firm has been in business for almost three decades.

While the terms of the deal were not announced, TechniGraphics’ revenue in calendar year 2010 is expected to be $46 million. The deal is expected to close by the end of the month.
