Deltek Buys INPUT for $60 Million

Deltek, Inc. (Nasdaq: PROJ) has a deal in place to purchase INPUT, Inc. for $60 million. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the week.

The firm has almost 200 employees and saw revenues of $26.2 million for 2009 up 13 percent from the previous year.

INPUT focuses on helping firms identify and develop new business opportunities with government organizations.
