USIS Announces Pair of Executive Moves, Bill Mixon Comments

USIS, announced Paul Dillahay has come on board to serve in the newly-minted position of president and chief operating officer of USIS. He will be tasked with overseeing financial, operational, and sales performance at the firm.

“I selected Paul for this important new post in USIS because of his significant leadership, financial management, and performance improvement experience, ” said CEO Bill Mixon. “Paul will work closely with each of our divisional leaders to help us continue the evolution of our business strategy—providing support to our organic and M&A growth—and help our frontline leaders fine-tune our processes and create additional success for our business.”

Dillahay left Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) to fill the new role at USIS.

USIS also reported CIO David Spannare will take over senior vice president and chief information officer duties for Altegrity, USIS’s parent company.
