Roles and Responsibilities: The Civil Cyber Missions Director will be responsible for positioning Northrop Grumman as the industry leader in the civil cyber market and the tactical goal of shaping and supporting new business opportunities. This individual will execute the business for the civil cyber mission area as well as: Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities and markets and establish relationships with customers to expand current markets and grow the business Lead the coordination and alignment of the Division’s strategic cyber capture activities into a comprehensive cyber campaign, driving business growth across all CSD business units Establish and create a division wide team to identify, leverage, and exploit cyber solutions, capabilities, and investments from across the division, sector and company Provide detailed business planning and financial management for the civil cyber initiative Manage the cyber portion of CSD’s IR&D program and identify new projects to help better position Northrop Grumman in the market Serve as the subject matter expert for the cyber security mission for civilian agencies for the Civil Systems Division. Represent Civil Systems Division as part of the sector cyber team Support M&A activities as needed Minimum Qualifications: – Ten years of broad technical, line management and business development experience, associated with civilian agencies and/or the cyber security mission at DoD/intelligence agencies – In depth knowledge of the civil cyber security market across multiple civil agencies with civil customer recognition as an expert thought leader in civil cyber missions – 5 years practical experience with the cyber security mission and large system/system-of-system architectures – BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related management degrees. – Demonstrated strategy development capability – Demonstrated ability to learn and maintain the respect of strong management, technical and mission-oriented staff – Effective communication skills; demonstrated capability to effectively translate and present complex strategy concepts to both technical and non-technical management and customers, through presentations and written media; – Experience with requirements interpretation, definition, and allocation – Strategic and visionary in nature, able to see the big picture and capable of identifying relevant vision and growth strategies – Demonstrated leadership, team building and collaboration skills Minimum security clearance: Top Secret, SCI clearance is required Security Clearance Required.
