Secret Job Duties and Responsibilities

Individual leads the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of high quality and timely staffing (recruiting and redeployment) and workforce planning programs for the company aligned with the business units. Develops and implements strategies and programs of staffing to meet the company’s business objectives. Partner’s with leadership, staffing/redeployment, communications, Human Resources, IT and other departments/vendors to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategic staffing. Leads working groups and/or communities of practice (COP); focused on ensuring “best-in-class” staffing across the company. Develops standards and guidelines for processes and programs which support high-volume organic, and acquisition growth. Provides guidance to HR and line management regarding corporate programs. Designs, develops and implements metrics to evaluate effectiveness of staffing plan delivery.
