Executive Moves- RADM Gary Jones Joins Alion

Rear Admiral Gary Jones (USN retired) has been appointed VP and manager of Advanced Modeling, Simulation and Training at Alion Science and Technology. RADM Jones previously served as commander of the Naval Education and Training Command. He served for over 30 years in the US Navy in a variety of capacities before coming to Alion.

Rear Admiral Richard Brooks (USN retired), senior VP and manger of the Distributed Simulation Group, said “The training and development needs of Warfighters have evolved radically in the past several years, as technology, the changing nature of conflicts and the needs of the next generation of recruits demand new approaches. Gary’s vast experience and insights gained as a leader and an educator will help us support the advances in training that our forces require to be ready for whatever challenges they may face.”
