Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with conducting research and clinical business in academic research, clinical care, government-funded research, or commercial pharmaceutical research or development environments

-Knowledge of how biomedical informatics can be used to enable research and clinical environments

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the delivery of management consulting services gained at a top tier consulting firm preferred

-Experience with the federal government procurement process

-Ability to show a proven track record as a leader and manager, successfully growing revenue within the US federal civilian agencies, with a prior track record in developing business at the National Institutes of Health “NIH”

-Possession of excellent analytical, client management, and problem solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications in response to Requests for Proposals
