Contract Award- STG, Inc. – $49.6 Million – Army


The US Army has awarded a contract to STG, Inc. to provide network support services for the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET). The 2 year contract is worth $49.6 million and will be in support of the Army Information Systems Engineering Command Fort Detrick Engineering Directorate.

Under the contract, STG will engineer, provide, install and test SIPRNET, along with fixing any problems with the system. The service will be provided throughout the United States. COO Paul Fernandes said “STG provided the Army with a custom solution built around our unique understanding of this sensitive environment. We have proven time and again that we have the right people and processes in place to ensure mission success on this critical task.” President and CEO Simon Lee said “STG was able to offer the government a cost-effective approach with significant savings that our competitors could not match. This win solidifies STG as a leader in Systems Engineering and Integration Services.”
