ICF International Wins $47M Worth of HHS Contracts

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded ICF International LLC with two new contracts and two contract extensions, which total $47 million. The contracts are to supply the HHS Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Head Start with state-based training and technical assistance. Under the contracts, ICF will cover the Pacific Northwest and American Indian/Alaska Native regions, as well as continuing to cover the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West regions.

“These wins further expand ICF’s role working with at-risk children and families, also allowing us to specifically work with the American Indian/Alaska Native communities throughout the United States, ” remarked ICF senior vice president and early education expert, Barbara Rudin. “Through our work in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, Pacific Northwest, and American Indian/Alaska Native regions, we run the gamut of large inner city grantees to remote rural programs. This provides us the opportunity to hone our skills and understanding of the program constituents and ensure that we are providing best practices wherever we work with Head Start grantees.”
